Hi, I’m Chase Zenger, an operator and investor with a passion for building businesses that stand the test of time.

I have a background in technology and consulting, where I spent over a decade helping companies improve their customer experience and scale their operations. I hold an MBA from Wharton and a Master’s in Behavioral Science from the University of Pennsylvania, which have shaped how I approach strategy, leadership, and decision-making. More recently, I’ve turned my focus to entrepreneurship, building businesses in real estate investment, hard money lending, and small business ownership. This blend of corporate experience, advanced education, and hands-on entrepreneurship has given me both the strategic perspective and the practical know-how to acquire and grow a company for the long term.

Meet the family

I live just outside of Philadelphia with my wife and our four kids, all nine and under. Life in our home is full of energy, noise, and laughter — from family bike rides and backyard soccer games to bedtime story marathons. We love visiting family out West, exploring new places together, and creating traditions our kids will remember. For me, family is the “why” behind the work I do. Building and growing a business isn’t just about numbers — it’s about creating something lasting that provides opportunities, stability, and the freedom to spend more time with the people who matter most.
